Paintor & Sculptor
Self-portrait at Home Studio, 2026
Constanza Eugenia is a Venezuelan multidisciplinary artist, art director, and visual designer based in Brooklyn, New York. Working across painting and hand-built ceramics, her artistic practice is informed by a strong visual foundation developed through years of experience in design, photography, and art direction. She holds a certificate in Photography from the New York Film Academy, a BFA in Communication Design from Pratt Institute, and a master’s degree in Arts Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship in the Arts from SUNY Purchase.
Alongside her studio practice, Constanza founded Sapphic House, a Brooklyn-based cultural space dedicated to art, performance, and community. Professionally, she has built a career as an Art Director and visual designer, including work within the corporate B2B space for high-end clients and established brands, where she developed a sharp understanding of visual systems, storytelling, and creative strategy. Her work and journey have been featured in editorial coverage and published artist profiles.
Today, her practice returns to the material and the personal, where her background converges into a body of work shaped by texture, color, and emotional presence. Through pointillist language, layered surfaces, and hand-built form, she creates work that is tactile, expressive, and rooted in the act of making, positioning her firmly within the language of contemporary fine art.
